Each yummy tasting is served from locally-owned and operated restaurants, eateries & shops. You will explore Sonoma, California all while gaining knowledge about its history, culture and architecture, at the same time savoring the appetizing culinary selections. Your Sonoma Food Tour will last 3 hours, cover about 1.25 miles, and provides delicious tastings that are equivalent to a meal.

Being a native Californian and having been to Sonoma many times, I was surprised to learn so much about the creation of California as a state and it's beginnings in Sonoma. Mia, our gracious and lovely tour guide, took our diverse group through the town to learn about it's architecture, early settlers, mission life and more. Along the way we were able to delve into Sonoma's current life as a food and wine paradise. We shared beautiful wines paired with crispy pizza, tasted exquisite cheese, sampled olive oil and balsamic vinegar, drank wines perfect with pancetta salad and mushroom pasta and to finish off the the wonderful tour, chocolate tasting and truffles! If you enjoy history, experiencing locally sourced farm to fork meals and winetasting, this is the tour for you!

Fun and informative! I really appreciated our guide's friendly and outgoing personality. She was well prepared and very knowledgeable of the various food and wine tastings as well as the history of Sonoma. Excellent experience!

This was our first trip to Sonoma. What a great way to get to know the town. Mia was an amazing tour guide and showed us a great day. She shared all kinds of facts and interesting tidbits about Sonoma and its history and culture. The restaurants and shops we visited were all fantastic and everyone was very warm and friendly. Even if you have been to Sonoma before I would definitely recommend this tour! Food was great, company was fun and we got to learn a little about this lovely town. If we ever get back there, we'll do this tour again! Thanks Mia!
