The Sonoma Food Tour experience takes guests on a guided journey of local eateries, all within the quaint walking environment of the Sonoma Plaza. You’ll get to taste Sonoma's regional cuisine, California Mexican food, local favorites, cheeses, olive oil, chocolates, wine and more. Each yummy tasting is served from locally-owned and operated restaurants, eateries & shops. You will explore Sonoma, California all while gaining knowledge about its history, culture and architecture, at the same time savoring the appetizing culinary selections. Your Sonoma Food Tour will last 3 hours, cover about 1.25 miles, and provides delicious tastings that are equivalent to a meal.

NOTE: ALL FOOD, WINE, COCKTAIL, LOCAL GUIDE IS INCLUDED. There are not additional tasting fees.

We had a small group of only 4, it was myself, my husband and two of our friends. We signed up hoping to be able to walk around Sonoma and ended up having a better time than we thought. We had the best tour guide of all, Mia. She was friendly, knowledgeable and of course being a small group we got to ask lots of questions, take a good amount of pictures and enjoy the tour at our pace. The walk around the main park/center of town was beautiful and we got to enjoy an assortment of items, from traditional italian dish, other foods, wine (local and not), olive oils, cheeses, and finally to finish it off a chocolate tasting. It was the perfect length, good amount of food and such a relaxed environment. I would recommend this tour in a heartbeat!

This was by far the BEST food tour I have ever taken!!! It was a perfect blend of history and great farm-to-table style food. Mia was a wonderful tour guide - very friendly, knowledgeable and organized! She is a total foodie and has an obvious passion for sharing the rich history of her charming hometown. I would not have changed a single thing about this tour and would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys history and great food!

We did this tour at the suggestion of a friend and boy did she not steer us wrong. Mia, the tour guide, was full of information on Sonoma's food and wine scene, as well as historical tid bits that really made us appreciate the region. Food and wines were excellent and everyone at the stops was helpful and friendly. Aside from great wines, the food was delish; from pizza to oil & balsamic vinegar, chocolates to cheeses, this was one fantastic tour that I would recommend to anyone!
