The Sonoma Food Tour experience takes guests on a guided journey of local eateries, all within the quaint walking environment of the Sonoma Plaza. You’ll get to taste Sonoma's regional cuisine, California Mexican food, local favorites, cheeses, olive oil, chocolates, wine and more. Each yummy tasting is served from locally-owned and operated restaurants, eateries & shops. You will explore Sonoma, California all while gaining knowledge about its history, culture and architecture, at the same time savoring the appetizing culinary selections. Your Sonoma Food Tour will last 3 hours, cover about 1.25 miles, and provides delicious tastings that are equivalent to a meal.

We had never been to Sonoma before, and Mia was the perfect guide to help us learn about the history and culture of the area. Her love for her town is contagious! She is such an inspiration; she started the Sonoma Food Tour to share her love of the community. She is very well connected with the local business owners and we felt welcome in every place we visited. It really was the equivalent of a very full lunch, and we felt like we got our money's worth. The tour is a great value and I would highly recommend it to anybody new to the area. I wish Mia the best in her future with the Sonoma Food Tour and I hope she continues for many years! It was such a treat!

The tour was everything I could have hoped for. Mia is incredibly personable as well as knowledgeable about all things Sonoma. I was impressed by how well she knew the town, but also in her selection of restaurants to visit. Every stop was delightful as we not only were able to taste some of the wonderful local flavors, in many cases we were able to meet the individuals who were masters of their specialties and created such beautiful dishes. Though I do not drink, I still found the tour to be delightful and never felt at any moment I was at a disadvantage because of it, which is quite the feat while being in such a rich wine capitol. I would encourage all to go on this tour, as it provides such a wonderfully delightful way of seeing Sonoma!

We had a tour with Mia today. What a way to see Sonoma!! She had plenty of historical info on the area, we had great food, wine and chocolate, she seemed to know everyone,... We had so much fun. If you have an afternoon in Sonoma, I highly recommend this❤️❤️!
