Well, it didn’t happen. I booked one week in advance. Then when I was on y plane the day before of the tour, they sent a message asking for my details, which they already had since I made reservation. But, I sent them again anyway, and they responded “this booking is too urgent, we cannot do it” this was hours before the tour. I tried to clarify what they meant by that, because it was confirmed and they had already charged my card. They just didn’t pick us up, they just canceled with no further explanation. How are we supposed to plan our trips if we cannot rely on service providers? Imagine this happening with your stay or another important transportation. They just cancel!
