Derrick and his staff made our first time zip line experience the best ever !!! Super fun super SAFE !!! The staff were so polite and went out of their way to make sure we had a great time!! Thanks guys !!!!

My husband and I went on a 7 day, much needed, get away. We had the time of our lives! We had never been to Arkansas. Because my computer had recently crashed, we weren't able to do much planning. We started out in Eureka Springs then ended in Hot Springs. We booked our Zip line Tour the morning we left for home. It was like saving the best for last! This was our first time to Zip and the two young men (Avery & Brian) who guided us through our tour did a great job at helping us feel confident and also making it fun!! Fantastic set-up, beautiful location, and great staff! WE WILL GO BACK

This was my family's first time to zip line, and it was an experience we will never forget! Our tour guides, Derek and Brian, were the most awesome guys to guide us. They were both very confident and experienced in their zip lining abilities. I was scared to death, but they both gave me confidence and helped me conquer some fears I didn't even know I had. There are a couple of high bridges and even just stepping off that little step to glide down the line took a lot of courage! They were so fun, and kept the whole group at ease, but still were very safety conscious with all of us. It was my birthday weekend, and they even had the group sing Happy Birthday to me as I came down the line! I highly recommend this zip line tour, and if you can get Derek and Brian as your tour guides, it is a guaranteed fun time!!! Thanks, ya'll, for making my birthday so special!
