Both the guides Derek and Avery were excellent. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Enjoyed my first zip lining experience thoroughly.

I had so much fun zip lining. The guides were very informative and polite, and the entire experience was so amazing. I will visit adventureworks again, and this time I will bring friends.

My friend and I ended up being the only two people on the 9:30 am zip line tour. Jacob and Brian were our guides. My friend has done many zip line tours before while I was a first-timer.
Jacob explained to us that this tour is gravity driven and is not a canopy tour. The lines also do not have hand brakes so you have to stop yourself - with the aid of the guide.
We both had fun - we were able to set our own pace. There were 12 zip lines. All the equipment was in very good shape and I could see evidence of continual maintenance.
Jacob and Brian were both very professional and methodical. They stressed safety at all times. I had fun and felt perfectly safe. My friend also enjoyed it.
We did our tour in a Wed in mid Sept which is a very slow time in Hot Springs. The other zip line company in town told us that we needed a minimum of 6 people and that they recommended booking a tour on the weekend.
