It's close to 100 degrees out this time of year. First thing I noticed is that when the group in the time slot before us finished they take off their equipment and place it back in with the rest of the gear without any disinfecting or cleaning. My helmet smelled like a laundry bag of sweaty gym clothes. Imagine what that was like running down my face? They only had 2 water stations on the course, one no longer had ice and the other was just about empty so not everyone was able to get enough needed in this heat. The course itself was all from tree stands to the ground. The landing areas were the worst part of this place. Some of the zip lines were too loose so that you may come in too low and scrape your body against the ground. Some landing areas have a wooden ramp but they are not all lined up properly. Breaking requires you to drag your feet or if facing forward, hit the ground running and eventually the guide will help stop you with his "rope". It seems our guide "T" from NY was more interested in flirting with the cute girl his age then the safety of the rest of us. This place did not offer any photo or video opportunities and offered no refreshments at the end of the course. Save your money and find something else to do

My teenagers and I had zip lined before but my husband and tween had not, because they are not big fans of heights. However, Jessie and Tyler made us all so comfortable, that everyone had a wonderful time! Even on the one bridge which is a little "nervewracking" for those who don't like heights, Jessie's masterful handling of my anxious daughter got her across that bridge and raving about how much fun the adventure was!

We were part of a pretty large group. Our guides were Avery and Brian and they were both fantastic. They made sure everyone was safe and everyone was having a good time. We had a member of our group that was overcoming fears and Avery and Brian were both very patient and very encouraging. In fact, their enthusiasm was contagious as the entire tour group (many strangers) were all encouraging this one to overcome her fear of heights, which she did. The 12 zip lines themselves were much fun and got progressively higher and higher. We spent our time zipping rather than hiking as the lines are close together and had sturdy platforms.
