My husband, my 12-year old son and I had our first experience zip lining with this company, and it was awesome! The staff were friendly, calm, and very competent. There were 12 zip lines, but so well laid out that there was very little walking between them. They started off with a couple of short ones to get you used to zip lining, but then went up to some much more exciting lines. The longest was 1100 feet. Each line was a little different, so it was never boring. The day we went it was raining and once we started I never even noticed the rain. Our shoes got muddy and on the last zip line my son slipped and fell in the mud, but we were expecting to get dirty and had a change of clothes in the car so that was no problem. Basically, I would say, don't worry about the weather. Even if it is raining, it is still fun and the rain doesn't spoil the experience. The whole process was extremely fun and well worth the money. One thing, though is that I would not do this with young children. We started out with another family who had an 8-year old who got scared and at the third zip line just refused to continue with the course, so they had to drop out.
