The guides were great, Josh and Jacob took us on a fun trip through the woods. It was 95 with high humidity, so we did plenty of sweating. They did not supply cold water to drink along the adventure, so if you want water, you may want to think about bringing your own. One guide was prepared for himself with a hydration pack on his back. The guests, on the other hand, went without. I've been on other zip lines, and I think this one, being new, needs to step it up. Tighten the lines and supply their guest with water. Over all, it's a great way to have fun with family and friends, just be prepared with the proper clothes and water.

The family had an awesome time Zip lining at Adventureworks Hot Springs ....my 11 yr old daughter cant quit talking about how much fun she had that day. We had some amazing guides, Scott and Allison were great. They were very helpful, encouraging and had a great sense of humor. They definitely made it an enjoyable and memorable experience, we cant wait to go back and do it again.

Great adventure for a very reasonable price. We met 4 staff members and they all had great attitudes and were very friendly. The tour is new so they are still in construction but I can't wait to see what else they add or change. We rode 12 different lines. Our group of 10 had a 9 year old up to a 49 year old and everyone seemed to have a awesome time. The tour took about 2 hours I recommend tennis shoes or hiking boots, comfortable clothes not short shorts, a water bottle to attach to harness, camera/phone with wristlet, hair tie.
