Our guides were Devon and Bri. They were knowledgeable about the course and eased any concern anyone had and kept us safe and having fun. Our 7 and 10 year old and myself had an absolute blast! Would recommend this company and these guides over and over again. Side note-my son lost his smart watch and we called and they found it in the parking lot; incredible customer service!

Bree and Autumn were tremendous as our guides. It was our first time to try zip lining and they took very good care of us. The only suggestions I would make would be to spruce up the restroom a bit (it was pretty smelly and dirty) and to maybe publicize expectations for tips. I absolutely don’t mind giving these kids something a bit extra, but a lot of people generally don’t carry cash and I would have preferred to be better prepared for such. It was overall a great experience. Two thumbs up.

Our entire family booked a morning canopy tour, ages 11 to 70. What fun! Our two guides, Blake and Devon were the best. Several in our party were new to zip lining, and both men made sure everyone was safe and happy. I highly recommend this activity when you’re visiting the Hot Springs area.
