Jake and his partner made this a great adventure. This was our first time zip-lining and I am super afraid of heights. Our guides were safe, very patient and extremely encouraging. Our girls, aged 9 & 13, had a fantastic time. There are a couple of pretty scary climbs for those who are afraid of heights so if you have a youngster (or yourself) that can't persevere you may find yourself in a pickle. It is a rugged outdoor adventure so if you are expecting first-class and fancy, you probably should head to the bathhouse in Hot Springs instead. You will get dirty, sweaty, and depending on your landing skills you may find your rump dragging on the ground a bit so dress accordingly. If you choose not to use the outhouses before your adventure, there are nice, clean, air conditioned restrooms just a quick 2 minute drive to the front of the park. They provide water throughout the adventure. It is not iced water so again, if you require first class, you may have an issue. The waiting area is an outdoor, newly constructed, covered porch-like structure with a fan. We made reservations and the tour started when planned so not to sure why one visitor had to wait 2 hours in the sun. We would definitely do this again!
