Please arrive five to ten minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Traffic has gotten increasingly bad in Honolulu, so please allow extra time to navigate to us.
Please give us as much notice as possible if you know you are going to be late for your appointment. In most cases we will need to shorten your appointment accordingly to accommodate clients scheduled after you.
Hawaii Natural Therapy is located at 350 Ward Avenue, Honolulu, between downtown Honolulu and the Ala Moana shopping center. We are on the second floor.
The most convenient free parking is across the street at Ward Gateway Center, in front of Ohana Hale Marketplace. Type 333 Ward Avenue, Honolulu, into your GPS.
You should not book a massage if you have a fever, cold/flu, or contagious skin infection. There are also other conditions in which your therapist may need to adapt his/her techniques (i.e. arthritis or osteoporosis, pregnancy) or avoid an area completely (i.e. cuts or burns).

The massage therapist I had kept moving from one location to the next. The oil she used was cold, startled me every time she used oil. Very disappointed w service.

Completely disgusted when my 2-hour massage was over (because it was over!). One of the 2 or 3 best massages I have ever had. Vivian was awesome. Hands always moving at a workman's pace. A steady, rapid continuous massage for the full time with hardly any stops, hardly any words except to verify that I was good with the pressure. Vivian has a fan for life! Prices here were definitely more reasonable than we're used to in the mainland. Highly recommended - especially Vivian.

I was on vacation so decided I needed maximum relaxation and decided to splurge on an extra long massage. The place is a little hard to find and doesn't look that great from the outside. Once you get in though, they have done a great job making the space feel comfortable and relaxing. The people were very friendly from the get go. They were also extremely accommodating when I was scheduling (I had to change day and time a couple of times due to some changing plans while I was on the island). My therapist was Keola and he was excellent. I left feeling extremely relaxed. All the knots had been worked out and I felt good about my choices.
