Our flight operator gave us a nice smooth ride. It was a perfect day. I booked it on line and actually it's a wrong date, supposed to be a week more, but the operator was very nice that he gave us a consideration. I've been trying to have this experience with my husband but weather condition do not permit us all the time, last time I booked it when we were in Atlanta, when we were 10mins away operator called and cancelled it. This time it's an awesome day to have it done, we were so thankful nobody died, it was a great experience! Hubby was skeptical to ride at first but had a great time after all. Duluth is beautiful! Thanks for the experience! We will do it again next time!

We got there and met the pilot he was very nice and friendly. He went over and above. There was also another guy that helped us in and out of the helicopter that was also very friendly and went over and above.
