I'm an avid traveler and have never had such a terrible experience. The "Tour guide" forced us to drive 1.5 hours to the middle of nowhere and proceeded not to answer our phone calls after multiple attempts at reaching out to her. She had the nerve to refuse a refund despite never having provided the service and wasting our ENTIRE afternoon. By the looks of it, it appears that this could be done on your own and she just drives you.. I'm not really sure what you would get out of this, other than a ride to the 2 different trails. Save your money and time!

Thank you for your review, we apologize for the inconvenience. However, upon investigation it is recorded that our tour leader called you just before 2pm to ensure that you have no problem finding the new Visitor Center, to which you had replied that you are still in a meeting and will join the tour at 3pm. Tour leader agreed to wait for your group, while the rest of guests proceeded. However you did not show up at 3pm either. We are flexible and we waited more than one hour for your group. The tour guide actually narrates history of Newport and then takes you on a guided walking trail to the bird sanctuary and wildlife refuge. A lot of these tours can be done by yourselves, however a lot of people like to be guided that way they make the most of their time in Newport. Best- Historic Tours

Terrible experience. No flexibility considering current pandemic circumstances. This business did not want to refund our trip. We were traveling from New York and were unable to be there on time. Lost our money. In hindsight, we did not need anyone to take us around town. Terrible mistake.
