This was a very high end food tour. Our guide the very enthusiastic and beautiful brianna started at the indigo hotel with an amazing shrimp ceviche with avocado n plantain chips that was to die for. Every mouthful was wonderful. The next dish was shrimp n mussels scampi over handmade pasta with a garlic toast at the westin. Again delish. She then took us to the top of the westin for tapas. Three delectable selections. Toasts with goat cheese n roasted rolled pepper. Rabbit croquette and dates stuffed with blue cheese wrapped with bacon!!!! Wow. Then we finished with caramel apple cheesecake!!! We were so excited with all the food we tasted. It was simply marvelous. Brianna made the tour so much fun. I would book this tour again.

Briana did such a great job guiding our group through Chattanooga. Her little bits of Chattanooga history made it that much more fun! The food was delicious and you could tell her relationships with the restaurants were very genuine. We will definitely be trying another one of the tours soon!
