We purchased a 2 day ticket and found the tour buses to be very good. Some of the tour guides were better than others but on whole lots of interesting information. The only thing that was irritating was when the bus gets to stop 1 everyone has to get off then the people waiting get to get on first then you go on afterwards. Strange system! Bus is noisy so you don’t always hear the guide.

Bad service. The buses are very old and dirty. The drivers are poorly educated and drive with one hand, so they can hold the microphone, where they keep giving details of the places where they pass. As I do not have knowledge of English, I had to download an app and buy an earphone to be able to hear in Portuguese, but still the experience was bad, because the route of the bus did not hit with the information of the app. At the stop at Fisherman's Wharf, we need to change a vehicle - which stopped waiting for more passengers. I had already read about the BIG BUS TOUR service that is a good company, but as the Union Square point serves the two companies, I ended up being fooled and buying the pass from this garbage from SIGHTSEEING TOURS. Do not make the same mistake!!!!!!!!
