2-Day Yellowstone National Park Upper and Lower Loop Exploration

Overview
Explore both the Upper and Lower Loop of Yellowstone National Park in two days. This is one of our most popular tours of Yellowstone. Two unforgettable days in the world’s first National Park and an overnight stay enjoying the hospitality of Chico Hot Springs Resort, (depending on availability) or the charming small town ambiance of Gardiner Montana.

Lodging at Chico is on a first come first serve basis, guests are required to book their own lodging under their name and credit card, we are happy to assist in this process.  If lodging at Chico Hot Springs is not available at the time of booking, lodging will be arranged by the traveler at any hotel in Gardiner Montana.

The two day format allows for a more relaxed pace of the tour, affording travelers more time to enjoy the many wildlife encounters, breathtaking geothermal areas, numerous short hikes and boardwalk excursions throughout the tour.

Highly recommend this 2-day Yellowstone Tour with Teton Scenic Floats & Fly Fishing--got to explore both loops of the park which we would have never seen as much of the park and all the wildlife he showed us doing this ourselves. Kilmeny was very helpful with setting up our trip and answering all our questions. Our tour guide, John, was a true expert on Yellowstone National Park, the wildlife, and the entire area. A huge thank you and kudos to John who made this trip very pleasant and memorable--he truly seemed to love being a guide and was so friendly, thoughtful and accommodating!!! He knew all the great spots to go and took pictures of our family. We also enjoyed our stay at Chico Hot Springs. Do not hesitate to take this tour and ask for John as your guide!

i was a little nervous about booking this trip, but i'm so glad i did! i was traveling alone and did the 2 day (1 night) tour with John in late September. We ended up with beautiful weather and probably a unusually warm, but the leaves were changing and it was beautiful. the communication before the tour was great with the owner emailing (they tried to call but i i was little hard to get a hold of). we had a group of 7 (a lovely family of 4, a couple and myself). i felt comfortable and enjoyed the company of my fellow guests. we were picked up on time from jackson hole and taken up to yellowstone with our guide, John. i can't say enough about how knowledgeable, fun, personable John was, he really helped make the trip wonderful. we were able to see all the major geysars, valleys, and most of all, animals! we saw Elk, wolves, a black bear, pronghorn, bison running. it was pretty amazing. the stay at chico hot springs was relaxing after a long day. overall, i would recommend this trip to friends and do it again.

It took me 72 years to get to Yellowstone and this tour was amazing! I've traveled a lot and taken many tours in my life, and this one is definitely one of the best. This was due largely to a wonderful, knowledgeable, hard-working tour guide, John Putrino. John took us through the upper and lower loops and made sure to adjust plans based on weather so that we were able to see everything. The beauty of the landscape - mountains, fields, lakes, geyers, hot springs, mud pots, steam vents, waterfalls, rock formations, and more was absolutely stunning. John made sure we saw as many animals as possible, including bison, elk, deer, pronhorn antelope, wolf, bald eagle, mountain goat, raven, hawk. He got out his scope to find many of these animals and took pictures and videos which he sent to us. The bus was very comfortable with nine passengers. John offered us water, snacks, and a daily lunch. I cannot thank John and Teton Floats enough for the great adventure. I highly recommend this tour and be sure to ask for John Putrino as the tour guide!
