We had a wonderful walking tour with Steve. He told us his family had lived in the area for many generations (several hundred years) and his incredible life experience made for an extremely interesting tour. Steve actually extended the tour an additional 1/2 hour because he was overflowing with interesting info to share with us. We would highly recommend this tour for anyone who is visiting Charleston for the first time.

Jim Gresham was an exceptional tour guide. He is knowledgeable and passionate about all things Charleston - the architecture, the history, the people. It was a perfect way to spend a Sunday morning - with an interesting and entertaining walk through the historic district. Then we were hungry for lunch!

We met up with Jim at Charlestown City Hall and began our 2 plus hour walking adventure through the historic streets. Jim was a master, weaving the history of the buildings and architecture along with stories and people of the times. The time went quickly by as we walked through the streets and across the sea wall, cover in just over a mile. A great way to spend a couple hours in Besruiful Historic Charleston!
