Ok, so before I even booked this, I called trip advisor (cause that’s the number I had) and asked if my 5yr old and 10 yr old would be able to ride. They “did some research”, told me they could, we booked it and got to the meet up spot. The manager met us. He was super sweet! Unfortunately, my 5 year old was unable to go on this tour because they want the riders to be 5ft tall. We did not get to go, but after I told the manager about my research, he did offer to give us a full refund, or vouchers to come back without the youngest at a future date of our choosing. Even though this didn’t turn out like we wanted, we still had a wonderful experience, and I would recommend these guys to anyone for their phenomenal customer service. I look forward to being able to go on this tour in the future.
