2 Hour Dolphin, Birding and Shelling Tour

Overview
Not only will you be introduced to the great birding and wildlife in the area by your naturalists guide, you will also learn about the eco-systems, it rich heritage and long history.
Our tours are never "canned", so each tour is different. The area's wildlife move around in order to exist in their world and so must we. Many species are seasonal and inhabit different areas in different environmental conditions, so too, we must be able to adapt. Bring your cameras, binoculars, snacks, favorite drinks, hats, sunglasses and have a great time!!

Joe and Kim were excellent tour guides. Highly recommend this tour. We saw dolphins up close and shelling in the island during sunset was very relaxing.

So much fun!! Kim and Joyce were full of knowledge about the history of the area and the wildlife and plants. But best of all, Captain Joyce knows how to be interesting to dolphins! Making a wake and lots of noise so that the dolphins followed along behind us was so much fun. Kim knew the names of all the shells we found (or was really quick at making them up, lol!) and told us about the birds we saw. Even more importantly, though, they were both so kind and helpful with our elderly parents and made us all feel like we were the only people they'd ever taken out. Reading the reviews I see that most of us had similar experiences and clearly they do this over and over, but it felt like they found it every bit as fresh and fun as we did. Highly recommend, top notch.

Captain Joyce and First Mate Kim couldn’t have been nicer. Captain Joyce is an expert at getting pods of dolphins to follow the boat - playing and jumping in the wake. Both Joyce and Kim provided great commentary and knowledge about the local bids, fish, dolphins, shells, and the mangrove ecosystem that supports them.
