I love my Pedego bike! I would highly recommend Pedego Glendale!! I have had Steve service my Pedego bike as well as my son’s off brand electric bike. Steve provides quick and affordable service. I've been dealing with this store and in particular, Steve for (yikes!) almost 2 years now and I can unequivocally say that if you're looking for the nth degree in overall customer appreciation and satisfaction, well then... you've just discovered the shizzle of all joints. As a Pedego owner (City Commuter) I have had to have my bike serviced on a couple of occasions because I put 20+ miles/day on that not so little devil as an average. It is my main mode of transportation as I am unable to drive an automobile without having some sort of major PTSD moment... so having my bike in and out of the shop is likely more critical than most electric bike users. Steve and his wife have been ridiculously accommodating and the service has been equally impeccable, whereas they even have a large van that will pick up and deliver your bike if needed (which for me, is a super nice perk!). Steve has always been prompt, provides unparalleled customer service and just seems to genuinely care about people and the product and services they offer. I've been to other Pedego stores, been to other bike stores 'til the cows come home, and I've found nothing that can even touch this place... you'll be in great hands once you sashay through the front door, and that's a fact. I will absotively go to no other place in the Valley, and if you wish to experience the best service as I have, neither will you.

If you haven’t experienced riding a Pedigo Electric bike you just haven’t lived! My family has had the most incredible experiences working with Steve Pile at Pedigo Glendale. After renting Steve’s bikes just one time, my entire family was hooked! Steve arranged a memorable ride for our group and even included a guide to insure we kept on the correct bike trail to reach our destination. When Steve heard how far we planned to ride, he met us at our lunch spot to make sure we were having a great time and experience. He even brought a couple extra bikes in case one of our riders didn’t enjoy the bike they were on and to insure we didn’t need any extra batteries. The ride our group of 16 took that day was 44 miles round trip. Steve’s commitment to insure our satisfaction with the rentals was so great- we’ve purchased a total of 7 Pedigo bikes so far with plans to purchase 2 more! Go see Steve, he’ll take care of you like family. Congrats on the incredible product and service! Cheers to you Steve
