Often referred to as the "High Water Mark of the Rebellion," Gettysburg was the Civil War's bloodiest battle and was also the inspiration for President Abraham Lincoln's immortal "Gettysburg Address."

Devils Den

Devils Den is a rock formation that can be explored by the whole family. Located in the middle of Gettysburg National Military Park below Little Round Top.

This was by far one of the best things my husband and I did on our trip to the D.C./Baltimore area. It was a little bit of a drive for us but well worth it. Eric, our guide was like a walking encyclopedia about Gettysburg. I wish it had been even longer. He gave so many details of the events surrounding the Gettysburg battle that made it interesting and not boring at all.
