The bus and driver were just fine and tour content interesting, but the delivery was offensively sarcastic and brash throughout. The guide, Paul, lost me at the beginning of the tour with the only civilian casualty of the war, a 20 year old baking bread, named Jennie Wade. ā€œBut she was only a woman.ā€ ā€œ Just kidding.ā€ And it continued throughout the entire 2 hours. In such a somber and historic site where so many lives were lost, this sad attempt at humor necessitates immediate sensitivity training.

The tour was excellent and both the bus driver and the guide were very knowlegeable. They were careful to make sure everyone was present and accounted for. It rained a little but we were always on the bus! Great timing. How'd they know that? lol
