This is NOT a 20 person tour. We had a large bus with twice that number. Masks were required but no social distancing. I would have rated it higher, it was a good tour, but both the write up and the phone information spoke of a max size of 20.

This was missed when updating in the spring. As the restrictions were lifted due to COVID the capacity of our tours were increased. I have since updated the information. Glad you enjoyed the tour.

Paid for 7 people on the Double Decker which started out great. But then a thunderstorm started & we had to transfer to coach which sucked. NO refund or discount for future tour.

Weā€™re sorry you were disappointed in your tour. Unfortunately we do not have any control over the weather and state in our policies that there are no rain refunds. Out of safety for our visitors when there is a thunderstorm if at all possible we either bring them down to the enclosed first floor or bring in an enclosed bus that is protected from the elements. Although it was raining which would make it difficult to see on an enclosed bus at times, had you stayed on the top of the double decker it wouldā€™ve been impossible. In weather events like this we do everything we can to allow the tour to continue. If you had an issue at the time of your tour or at the immediate conclusion we would have been happy to assist you.
