I booked an air conditioned bus tour- 5 minutes in the bus pulls over and the tour guide gets out. The majority of people get off- one party behind us has a daughter on crutches and can't, my mom and dad due to their limited mobility and being legally blind can't so we stay. At that point the bus driver turns off the ac. So we sit 25 minutes sitting in a hot bus. We ended leaving at the halfway mark fearful of any more stops where the bus shuts off. I can only imagine what issues that could arise with people with serious medical conditions sitting in a hot bus in the middle of July. For an area with such history they operate it so f@cked up compared to other places around the country.

Thanks for your rating. So sorry that the tour went the way it did. Could you let me know the date and time of your tour. We would like to discuss this issue with the driver. There are bus idling rules in place that we may not let a bus idle for more than 5 mins unless people remain on the bus and it is above 90 degrees. You can send to [email protected]
