This was a very educational tour. WE went during the Covid and the Bus company took every precaution to make sure all passengers were safe. They are very hospitable and we will surely return!

The tour was great. Very informational. The tour guide was awesome. The bus itself was nice but they have seats right over the wheel well that were impossible to sit on. Fortunately, we were able to relocate to another seat. However.... I bought our tickets through TripAdvisor. Bad move. I had set up a time for the tour for 10:00AM but received a call from TripAdvisor changing the time to12:15PM. No problem. We had purchased a seat on the top tier. When we got to the tour place, they had no record of our trip for 12:15PM. In fact, they don't even have a tour at 12:15. They have a tour at 12:30 PM. We should get our money back but I don't expect that. Long story short, we wound up sitting on the bottom of the tour bus which wasn't bad. We were lucky to get on the tour at all. Snafu on Trip Advisors part? I think so. They need to get their act together with the tour company so that the schedules coincide. Overall, a great time.
