Weā€™ve done this tour two years in a row. I had an 8-year-old and 5-year-old with me, and they LOVED it both times. Because it was two hours long, I was afraid they might get bored, but the guide is such a good storyteller that you really picture what was happening. It is a great way to start the trip to get an overview of the enormous battlefieldā€”it helped us decide what we wanted to revisit/spend more time at. There are two brief stops, one halfway through for a potty/snack break and one at Little Round Top. If you go in the hotter months, the sunset tour is both beautiful and cooler in the sticky weather. Get a seat on the upper deckā€”the scenery is spectacular, and you wonā€™t be disappointed!

I believe our guide's name was Paul. He did an incredible job of making the tour interesting and informative. He made history come alive. I could tell he really enjoyed what he did.

Our driver was great. The tour guide was inappropriate. Strange comments about the fallen. Seemed to want to shock with descriptions of gore. Threatened to leave customers behind at each spot where they could leave the bus.
