One of the reasons I chose this company was because they offered an air conditioned bus and since it was 94 degrees it was certainly necessary. However, when we got on the bus we were notified that the bus' air wasn't working properly. Within 15 minutes it was clear that it was actually getting hotter. 1/2 way into the tour I was about to leave as were many others. A new bus was provided, but upon entering the bus it was 103 degrees!!! By the end of the tour the newer bus was still at 77 degrees, which when you're shoulder to shoulder is too darn hot! The tour guide was very knowledgeable, but didn't have much personality. The driver was great though - an older woman - was very kind and personable.

The guide was great but our tour had issues from the get go. They let 4 passengers from a different day trip into the bus and were not able to figure out who they were. Then they moved us to a different bus which had A/C issues. Midway through the tour they swapped the busses after waiting for another 10mins. The tour started 40 mins late and ended only 10 mins late. Not clear what interesting things the tour guide had to skip to make up for the lost time. Better planning and due diligence on the part organizers would have helped the experience greatly. Was disappointed

Took tour bus ride through Gettysburg with a guide explaining the different days of the battle as we were near where that day's battle occurred. There was many plaques and things that could not see because driving by. Would definitely need a full day or two to see/visit everything. Were supposed to get off bus at LIttle Round Top but hit by rain storm and did not get chance. Would have gone to some museums and grace sites but late in day and had a bit of drive ahdead, so we left. Overall it was worth the price.
