Enjoy a unique kayaking experience on this Small-Group Guided Glass Bottom Kayak Eco Tour of Rock Springs in Florida. Begin your tour with a quick tutorial on basic paddle instructions and information about the tour ahead. Your kayak tour will last approximately 2 to 2.5-hours depending on the speed of our group and any wildlife we may see along the way. There will be plenty of opportunities to stop and take pictures at several of the picturesque stopping points along the way (there will even be a couple chances for you to get out and enjoy the refreshing Spring water!) The first half of the paddle will be upstream towards the headspring of Rock Springs and the second half will be a gentle coast back to our launch point. Be ready to learn unique facts about the area and spot the local nature and wildlife along the way. Animals you may see: turtles, birds, fish, otters, deer, alligators, and more!

Weight Restriction: 425 pounds per boat (two guests) and no more than 250 pounds per seat (individual)
For every minor participating, there needs to be an adult to accompany them within the kayak. Children must be at least 3yrs old to participate.
Each of our kayaks are tandem (made for 2 paddlers). However, the seats are removable and if you have an odd number of paddlers in your party we are able to accommodate the kayak as a single. Keep in mind, the same 250 pound PER person weight limit still applies even if taking a kayak as a single.

We agree to practice social distancing. Please keep a safe distance of at least 6 feet from guests in another party. We commit to not pair you with a guest from another party and to perform enhanced cleaning measures in between tours.

What To Expect

Rock Springs Run

We will start the tour at King's Landing and paddle into a unique part of Rock Springs Run known as "Emerald Cut". This portion of the waterway is a beautiful greenish/blue tint with tree canopies overhead. There's a hidden jump platform that we allow guests to take a leap from if they choose.

Really good experience travelling up and then back down the river. It was really interesting being the natural river you kayaked on going around trees and the natural bends of the river. Jeremy was especially accommodating for our group and helped us to swap people around the boats on the river as some of our party were better paddlers than others to make it to the top of the river to the clear water. Would recommend.

The canoeing part of the Tour was brilliant. The waters were so clear and the scenery was amazing. The guide Ashley was so helpful and informative so the area and enthusiastic. She definitely made the tour fun. The group was small so made it even more enjoyable. The only negative was there was no business name viewable to see which area we should be in plus it would have been nice to have some area to change after as obviously we were wet and needed to change. Would definitely go again and recommend to anyone else. Fantastic day out!

There's nothing like Rock Springs and we're so honored you chose to explore with us and our clear kayaks! Ashley is awesome and we're thrilled to hear you enjoyed your time with her! We love our more intimate group settings. There are a few other companies that launch on this waterway but we have our branded trailer set up by the dock so guests are able to find us! Our confirmation emails also explain where to go upon arrival to make things easier. There are small changing rooms onsite managed by Kings Landing that our guests are able to use too!
