Enjoy a unique kayaking experience on this Small-Group Guided Glass Bottom Kayak Eco Tour of Rock Springs in Florida. Begin your tour with a quick tutorial on basic paddle instructions and information about the tour ahead. Your kayak tour will last approximately 2 to 2.5-hours depending on the speed of our group and any wildlife we may see along the way. There will be plenty of opportunities to stop and take pictures at several of the picturesque stopping points along the way (there will even be a couple chances for you to get out and enjoy the refreshing Spring water!) The first half of the paddle will be upstream towards the headspring of Rock Springs and the second half will be a gentle coast back to our launch point. Be ready to learn unique facts about the area and spot the local nature and wildlife along the way. Animals you may see: turtles, birds, fish, otters, deer, alligators, and more!

Weight Restriction: 425 pounds per boat (two guests) and no more than 250 pounds per seat (individual)
For every minor participating, there needs to be an adult to accompany them within the kayak. Children must be at least 3yrs old to participate.
Each of our kayaks are tandem (made for 2 paddlers). However, the seats are removable and if you have an odd number of paddlers in your party we are able to accommodate the kayak as a single. Keep in mind, the same 250 pound PER person weight limit still applies even if taking a kayak as a single.

We agree to practice social distancing. Please keep a safe distance of at least 6 feet from guests in another party. We commit to not pair you with a guest from another party and to perform enhanced cleaning measures in between tours.

What To Expect

Rock Springs Run

We will start the tour at King's Landing and paddle into a unique part of Rock Springs Run known as "Emerald Cut". This portion of the waterway is a beautiful greenish/blue tint with tree canopies overhead. There's a hidden jump platform that we allow guests to take a leap from if they choose.

Clear kayaking at Rock Springs was well worth the price! Our guide Ashley was awesome. Definitely a workout, especially with kids who want to "help" paddle. Highly recommend!

Our tour guide Ashley was awesome, you can tell she enjoys what she does! We needed a little extra help and she was super patient with us. The clear kayaks make the journey 10x better too, would definitely recommend!

I stayed in the Melbourne beach area for the new years weekend and had been previously recommended to try out the Kelly Park clear kayak tour with Get Up And Go. What a way to start the year! Our tour guide Jacob was very friendly and guided us through a beautiful natural spring. The depth of the spring was about 1-3 feet at most places but water was crystal clear. The weather happened to be 80 degrees and the water temps stay at a constant 72. This made for great weather to take a dip in the water and get back on and keep paddling. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to go out and enjoy some beautiful natural sights, and a fun adventure overall.
