The tour was all we were hoping it to be. Beautiful bald cypress forest, a great guide (Joshua), snakes, turtles, birds, pig frogs, and we even found alligators. Very relaxing and not strenuous. We did have persons in our group who didn’t know how to paddle and kept getting stuck in the trees. There’s a second route that’s more wide open for beginners, so make sure you get matched appropriately!

This tour was the best experience we had during our stay in the Orlando area. It was both relaxing and exhilarating, and the surroundings were beautiful and inspiring. To kayak along a winding creek among bald cypress trees and a variety of wildlife was just amazing. Our guide Joshua was attentive and fun, and the level of difficulty was fairly low - but it does help to have a little experience with canoeing or kayaking. (And if you don’t that’s ok - they’re really helpful.) We recommend this experience to anyone interested in nature and in need of a break from the traffic, crowds and theme parks. Do yourself a favor and unwind here - it’s worth it!!
