Highly recommended. Good price. We found it quite easy to get comfortable mounting and riding around on a Segway--it was very intuitive Our guide was Benji Rader and he did a nice job of instructing us and also was a very friendly and informative guide as we rode about on a lovely fall morning. Any reservations we had about riding on a Segway quickly disappeared. We plan to do this now in each city we visit. The best part was being able to cover so much ground so easily. This is a great thing to do when you first arrive in Asheville. We were the only two guests on our trip so that was nice, but even a group of up to seven would have been fine. We brought our own bike helmets and that was fine. Enjoyed seeing the cemetery, and those paths were nice to glide on. But we felt safe on the Segway, even on the city streets.

Riding the segway was fun. We rode all over Downtown Asheville and learned a lot about the area. Going up and down the hills was fun

Our Guide was a man named Benji who was very informative and funny as in comical. He also saved my wife from crashing. IMO there is no better way to see Asheville than with this tour. It was WELL worth the $. He also provided many tips for eating, drinking, as well as great local favorites. His training tips for riding the Segway were great and in within minutes I was zooming around like a kid on a stingray bicycle. After all, it was much like snow skiing. We will do this again.
