What To Expect

Tampa

We take off from the Embassy Suites in Downtown Tampa and zoom quickly by the Amalie Arena. From there, we coast onto the Tampa Riverwalk, which follows the majestic Hillsborough River to the scenic Curtis Hixon Park. Take in panoramic views of the city and the bay and return to the Embassy Suites to round out your tour.

We had never driven a Segway so we weren't sure how easy it was going to be. My wife was especially apprehensive. By the middle of the tour she was saying, "I want one of these!" We just moved into the area and this was a great way to get an introduction to Tampa. Our tour guide was awesome - friendly and full of information about what we were seeing.

We had a lot of fun with Tyler. We luckily got a time slot with just my husband and I so we were able to spend more time in places and chat more, look around more. Tampa is a beautiful city. Tyler did a great job giving us the tour and proving some history on the locations and buildings. Also gave good recommendations for other places to explore while we were up there. I’d never been on a Segway before and found it super easy to learn and navigate. Took about 2-5 minutes. Would definitely go again!!
