Had a last minute emergency arise, and no credit for future tour would be granted by viator. Basically threw away $138

I’m sorry to hear about your experience with the last-minute cancellation and the lack of credit. It can be frustrating when unforeseen events occur, especially when you feel like you've lost money due to circumstances beyond your control. While we understand Viator's policies may not have allowed for a credit, we truly value our customers and would love to make things right if possible.

We had a lovely kayak with Walker! The marina is beautiful and we saw lots of sea lions. Walker is very knowledgeable and the weather couldn’t have been better. I highly recommend!
