Experience was purchased on day of excursion. When we arrived, they did not have our reservation. This was addressed quickly. We took the excursion to get an overview of Portland. This information was provided outside the dining area, but it was cold and raining. We could have listened to the narration if we had brought headphones. Unfortunately, we had none with us. Ambiance (which included live pianist) food, and service helped to compensate for our disappointment. So, take headphones with you!

everything was awesome except the tiramisu... too cold ands seemed it was still frozen and it was very grainy.. not a smooth tiramisu at all...

Crew worked hard to get my electric chair and I u and down ramp..Thank You, Rebecca,as well as her mates!:) 3 stars because I was unable to go up to either of the upper 2 levels due to no elevators.:(. However, they alerted me after I payed with my excitement of going was super high.lol Other then being stuck on main floor and being seated away from the windows(which would have made up for me not being able to explore the boat), Service was nice.
