Staff was very helpful and accommodating and the bikes were a ton of fun! The shop backs up to a limited access trail that takes you to the Newport Backbay. About about an hour out and back, making it something easy to do in the 2 hour rental period. Give them a try, you'll really enjoy it!

We rented two Elements on Saturday afternoon. The bikes performed nicely and the teens enjoyed their rides very much. The rental experience was pleasant and smooth. Suggestions: I suggest both the business and renters to check the bikes carefully before riding. We noticed a minor mechanical issue on one of the bikes upon pick-up, which was quickly fixed. During the ride, we realized that one of the handle grips on the same bike slips off frequently due to the solution used to put the grip on not being fully dry yet. This ALMOST caused a fall on a sharp turn. It was an overall enjoyable experience and I would still recommend them.
