Tour was canceled by operator he was in the emergency ward we received a call from his wife we understand these things happen we paid for the tour and were told we would get a refund we just got home so don’t blame Steve for canceling the tour he didn’t have a replacement

This was an awesome tour. Steve Rossa, our tour guide, told us so many interesting things about Cleveland as he explained the history from the beginning all the way to Cleveland today. We saw so many interesting locations and fascinating sights. Learned so many interesting things about Cleveland Highly recommend and ask for Steve Rossa. He is the best!

The tour was fantastic because - Steve has inside information to share with people. He knows the best picture spots. He know what is new and what is about to change. He has lived here his whole life and loves almost all of Cleveland.
