Although I was very apprehensive at first, the staff were so relaxed and friendly I made it into the raft. Being first-timers we didn’t really know what to expect - we shouldn’t have worried - it was brilliant. The guide certainly knew his stuff, kept us entertained and relaxed. Thank you for an amazing experience in Yellowstone.

RJ was our guide for our 2 hour rafting trip. He was awesome! Funny, engaging and very professional! Adam, our photographer did a great job too! He took some great photos of everyone!! We would recommend Wild West to everyone who’s looking for a great time with a GREAT group of fun people!

Four of us did the two-hour rafting trip. My nephew did NOT want to go. By the time we had gone through a set of rapids he was having a great time, which made it completely worth it to me. In fact, as we were driving away he said "Let's do it again!" Our guide, RJ, was friendly, knowledgeable, positive, funny, and just a good guy. Gardiner has been through so much it was terrific to give this business our business. The whole experience, from purchase to check out was easy. I recommend getting the photo package because you can't take your camera on the river. We received about 30 photos and many of them are terrific and show us all having a great time. RJ really brought out the smiles in our group. The other staff we met also were super positive and welcoming. (Buy the chums for your glasses ahead of time; $15 a pair from them, but we didn't lose our glasses!) They responded to a phone call we made the night before our rafting trip. We had a question, and even after hours Thomas called us back. We will do this again.
