At a normal water level, it's a nice relaxing tube float down about two miles of the Roanoke River. I took a DSLR keeping it in my lap mostly, but held it overhead for the manageable "rapids". I'll have to post some photos at a later time as I forgot to bring a card-reader with me for the camera.

Low river level made for a beautiful, relaxing float! Roanoke Mountain Adventures is the best!! Excellent service, good quality equipment and reasonable prices
