We had a fabulous time touring the city. John gave us lots of ideas of places to visit for our stay and even took some pics of us on the Segway. This was our first time on Segway’s and he did a great job teaching us in a way that made sense and even let us practice before we headed out. We would highly recommend you take this tour early in your stay so you can learn about some of the wonderful things to do in old town. Thanks John

Perfect start to a Sunday morning! This tour was so much fun! Anna Grace and John were our tour guides and they did a great job! I appreciated the instructions they gave us about riding the Segway and all the practice time. The headsets helped significantly in keeping the group in formed and together. The time spent on the tour was perfect. We got a bathroom break partway through. Our guides did a great job taking pictures. I would highly recommend this tour and if you can request these two as your guides do it.

No one showed up. We called. They apologized. Still no refund! They did offer to reschedule, but we were leaving town.

Hi Randy, we are so sorry you did not enjoy your experience. To shed some light on the situation, your scheduled tour guide had a family emergency that morning. We then sent another tour guide and informed you that the tour would begin approx 20 minutes after the scheduled start time. We completed a full refund immediately, and offered to take you on a tour completely free of charge as the departure time was delayed 20 minutes. This was refused, so we also offered tour free of charge at any day or time that worked for you. We strive to complete our thousands of tours each year 100% right on time, but just as airlines, occasionally there can be slight delays. We sincerely apologize and hope you will take us up on our offer of a free tour at any day or time. You have my personal cell phone number, and can reach out at any time. Thank you for the feedback, and we will continue to work hard to provide each and every tour we offer right on time as this very rarely happens.
