They definitely put the guest first! The time of day for the tour we chose turned out to be too hot to tour. They reached out in advance of the tour to try and reschedule us for a cooler time. Because that option didn’t work for us, they let us cancel at no charge. I hate that we didn’t get to do the tour, but I will definitely book with them again the next time we’re in town.

I really enjoyed my first Segway tour! It was easy to learn how to drive and I saw so much of Scottsdale and learned interesting tidbits along the way. Highly recommend!!

My daughter and I loved the fun of the Segway with the beauty of the town. Tyler & Anna Grace were excellent tour guides!! They took amazing and thoughtful care of my daughter when she had a heat stroke at the end of the tour. Tyler went above and beyond before, during and at the end of the tour and we are thankful!!
