Good time had by all, took my 12 year daughter. Segways were fun. Staff was great. Felt safe the entire time.

My wife and I enjoyed this tour very much, which was helped by the wonderful Scottsdale weather - a clear, sunny day with no wind and temps around 70 F. Kyle got us checked in quickly and was a diligent safety monitor for the tour while Anna Grace cheerfully got us trained on driving a Segway so that we felt safe and comfortable on the streets, then lead the tour. You may find that as a new Segway user your feet and ankles get tired - that's where you do most of the controlling, but they take breaks at good intervals. We were amazed at how much there is to see in this downtown area - lots of art galleries, museums, bars, and restaurants. You will enjoy their company and brisk narration! For us, an ideal tour would include more history and perhaps mention of the local plant life - you're unlikely to see animals. If your main goal is to enjoy riding a Segway and seeing( and hearing about) this colorful part of town, you will love it!

We participated as a family and it was our first time on Segways. We were able to quickly learn how to ride them and greatly enjoyed the experience. Our tour guide Brandon showed us some interesting sites and shared recommendations with good humor.
