My daughter and I went on this tour with no prior experience of a Segway. Happy (Steve) showed us how to use them in just a few minutes! He gave us ear pieces to hear him while we were on the Segway, and water. He explained the history of Starsmore, Broadmoor and made it fun! Happy took pics of us and video's and sent them to us when we where done with the tour. It didn't matter that it rained, and we seen a mama black bear with two cubs, and another black bear in a yard digging. Thank you Happy for a wonderful time, that we will always remember!

You guys definitely hit the jackpot on bear sightings! Timing is everything and it was about perfect that day. Thankfully the rain wasn't too bad. You guys did great! Thanks for coming out and travel safe!

Learning about the history of the town and riding the Segways. Happy was a great tour guide. He took pictures and video for memories for us. I highly advise going on this tour.

Such a good time! None of us had any Segway experience. Happy did an excellent job getting us all up and running. He was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, made sure we all had waters, and got us some great photos (even a video). If you are on the fence about this tour, just take it. You will be glad you did.
