We didn't get to see whales but despite that the ride was very nice and pleasant. We saw many dolphins and the crew was very friendly. They offered to repeat the tour at no cost or take another one, thus respecting the commitment of the offer for purchasing this tour.

Queridos Lilian, estamos muy contentos de que hayan venido con nosotros para observar ballenas. Lamentamos que no hayan podido ver ballenas en esta ocasión. Todavía no las tenemos en nuestra nómina, así que a veces olvidan presentarse al trabajo, lo cual es lamentable.
