It was a great day for me and my husband who was trying snorkeling for the first time. We went to 2 sites, one that was a bit shallower and another one with the Jesus of the Abyss statue. Both were great (although the shallower one was more colorful IMO). The boat crew was really informative and nice. Just the fact that they cared a lot about the purity of nature and gave us instructions about how not to touch any coral or to swim horizontally on top of the reefs as much as possible, and also having coral-friendly sunscreen on the boat and on-site, was really valuable for me personally. We booked this through Trip Advisor, but on the morning of the event when I called to double-check the time and place of meet up, someone told me that they cannot find my reservation in the system. However, she just went and did everything that she could to find another place for us on another boat that was leaving a bit earlier (which was working for us). She was really helpful and I appreciated talking to her. All in all, it was a great experience and I would totally recommend them for snorkeling tours :)

We picked this company based on the positive reviews as our normal key largo company was full. The waters were really rough, which we later learned were 3ft swells. My husband and I have snorkeled a dozen times in the keys, and this was the only time we experienced such rough conditions. I have never swallowed so much salt waterā€¦Unfortunately we attempted to have our 7 and 9 year old go out for the first time which was impossible and unsafe w the current. We were only in the water for a moment. There was no other snorkel boats on the reefs, likely due to the conditions. This is definitely a dive center and boat. The boat was filled w divers and diving students, and only 2 parties of snorkelers. If you have never snorkeled I would advise a company that only takes snorkeling groups out as divers were the priority. Lots of instruction and attention to them, we received a ā€œsorry snorkelers not a great trip for youā€ as we ended the trip. This was after we almost struck a large sailboat coming into dock, the sail captain yelling and throwing his hands up at us. Although the staff were all friendly, there was heavy emphasis on writing them positive reviews and tipping them so they can ā€œafford to live in paradiseā€. We are always generous tippers, but it was laid on heavily when we were told the crew lived in their cars, and if we ā€œhad any complaints to write it on a $20 bill and give it to them.ā€ I am not a local and donā€™t know when a trip would be cancelled, but we were told they didnā€™t run the boat for the days prior, and wonā€™t be for a few days after our trip due to the conditions. Wish our trip was canceled from the company, or we were given an option to cancel based on the conditions especially given we had first time snorkelers that were children.

Nice staff. And the two different dive spots are interesting but we didn't see much. And a terrible seasickness when the boat was stationary
