The owner cancelled my date but yet still took payment and has yet to refund it I’m beyond upset and disappointed!

Dear Shalanda, You booked a 2hrs tour on June 7th for June 12th. On June 8th, I send you a message that we cannot do that day and offered you other options, no answer. On June 9th, I sent you another message, still no answer. You finally contacted me on June 11th and we agreed on the cancelation. Your money never reach us, and stays with Viator until they refund you! We have nothing to do with this delay, sorry! Now, I am asking you kindly to take off this unnecessary and false review which is not belong to our very serious and professional work. Thank you.

Terry is a great guide. Very positive, funny, and knowledgeable. The car is absolutely fabulous. Multiple passerby complemented the car during the tour. Cool Miami experience.
