We had a four hour tour with Dexter. It was a great experience. Dexter was very communicative leading up to the trip, on time, very kind, extremely knowledgeable, and even lots of fun! We are already planning another trip and will definitely try to get a day tour with Dexter during that time. Our trip was family vacation/daughter's 18th birthday, and Dexter made sure to make her feel included in the decision-making. I visited DC last year and took a four hour hop on / hop off bus tour. It did not even rival the moonlight tour on August 4, 2017. I learned more in the first hour with Dexter than the entire four hours of the bus tour. We have discussed Dexter and the tour even after returning home and have already recommended him...and will continue to do so! Dexter was great!

Our tour was outstanding and the credit goes to Dexter! He was extremely knowledgeable on the monuments and DC in general. Seeing the monuments at night is a great experience, not to be missed.

This is an amazing tour!!!! It was definitely the highlight of our time in the city.
Dexter is so knowledgeable. He will answer any questions you may have and
Keep you interested in learning more and more! There were four of us ranging
in age from 57-17 and we ALL loved this tour and Dexter.
He took us to all of the monuments and would have taken us to the Whitehouse but
we had just been there the night before : so we chose not to go. Dexter even cleared up some
misconceptions we had been left with from a ghost tour we had taken the previous
evening. This man is a treasure!!!!
I cannot say enough wonderful things. Do not hesitate book now!
