Hotel pick up and drop off was great - driver/guide gave us all the background on the way there. The Park was very well organised - no waiting about and straight onto an Airboat for a good hour - saw 4 alligators and lots of other wildlife.

The trip is very well executed. Our driver Max was super on time, helpful and gave a lot of interesting information during the drive to location. Vehicle was a Mercedes which was clean and super comfortable. I highly recommend this tour.
