Everything begins with an appointment at 10am after 30 minutes of waiting and 2 calls to join the company a bus finally arrives. We get on a big bus with more than 30 people, far from what is sold (minivan air conditioned)After 45 minutes drive we arrive at Everglades Park. We then take a seat in a hovercraft of 30 people far from the small group as announced in the reservation ... After an hour to turn and return among the reeds and nenuphares, sdans even see any fauna, back to the starting point ... Review of the day: 2 hours bus, 1 hour of ballad in the Everglades, a shame, theft and false advertising, flee this company

I usually go to Miami 2-3 times a year for some nice hot weather. Being a small business owner based in NY city and a mother of two young children, Miami is the best short family trip where we can soak up some sun. For our last visit during Christmas season, we were not blessed with a good weather so we wanted to do something different than just beach visits. That’s when we contacted Fabio who was highly recommended by our travel agent. Wow wow wow!!!. We were so amazed to learn about all the other great things that Miami had to offer. Fabio was so knowledgeable and so precise in his tour planning that my children, and 4 adults were able to visit so many sites in comfort of a luxury van. 6 bodies traveling together already was a challenge, but with Fabio’s help, we visited design district, downtown Miami, and Everglades in just two days. I also easily get turned off by nonproductiveness but Fabio’s tour services were very precise, well planned and comfortable. I will use him again for airport to hotel transfer next time.

This trip was great! I called the host to verify our pickup location and they were very friendly. It was about 5 minutes past the time they said they would be picking us up, so I called the host and they connected with the driver to ensure our location. We only got to see 1 alligator because it was very windy and not too sunny, but we felt like we got our moneys worth because of the alligator show after the airboat ride. The show was only about 10-15 min long, but it was fun to watch. I would recommend!
