It was a nice tour, with explanations in English regarding Miami and the Everglades, the guide whose name I don't remember was very kind, the only thing I would have liked is that he had spent more time explaining in Spanish, since my wife and My daughter speaks little English and they were unable to have the same experience as me. The boat tour was incredible, very fun and relaxing at the same time.

Bussdriver Max who picked us up at the hotel and helped during the trip was nothing but 5⭐️ and the same was our airboat captain Blake! Bring cash for tipping them both! The ”show” had improvements that should be put in asap. Worst was the two photo girls and their bad attitude that everyone got irritated about. Their total lack of proffessionality and bitchiness was just the worst in two weeks in Miami.
